T2R2

T2R2® stands for Transparent, Traceable, Replicable and Reproducible. It was born in pharmaceutical research in 2020, where a result that cannot be reproduced is worth nothing, and it has run data and AI pipelines for global pharmaceutical companies and contract research organisations ever since. In 2026 we rebuilt it from the ground up for the patient's side. Our Patient Digital Twin follows T2R2's principles today and is moving onto its second generation.

T2R2 is the part of the software a hospital never sees and an inspector always asks about. It holds the AI in place and keeps four promises. AI may propose; only people decide. Nothing that changes a patient's care happens without a decision by a named person, and this is built into the structure of the software, not into a button. Everything is on the record. Every observation, proposal, decision and model answer is written to a journal in which each entry is chained to the one before; years later, the episode replays exactly as it happened. Models see only what they are cleared to see. Which model may see which data is a setting made when the software is installed, and the model that talks to a patient never learns who she is. The right to be forgotten, without breaking the record. Erasure destroys the patient's key, the destruction is itself recorded, and the story still reads with the person gone from it.

T2R2 does not compete with the AI models. Any of them can run inside it, including a model installed on your own servers, and when a provider retires a model you change a setting and keep your safety case. It runs on standard infrastructure, inside your walls first. It is designed to support the record-keeping and human-oversight duties of the EU Medical Device Regulation, the EU AI Act, the GDPR, GxP guidelines and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Certification belongs to each product built on it.
